Which channels does it work with?
Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages and WhatsApp Business. You connect them with your own Facebook account or WhatsApp number; there's nothing to install.
Do I need Shopify or WooCommerce?
No. Those import in a click, but a CSV or Excel sheet works just as well, and you can add products by hand.
Will it make things up?
It's built not to. Totapakhi searches your catalog before every product answer and only quotes what it finds. Anything outside that, like order tracking or refunds, is passed to you.
Can I take over a conversation?
Yes. Reply from the inbox and the bot stops replying in that chat. You can hand it back whenever you like.
